| French expectedly win Mixed-Relay in World Champinship Finale |
| Hosts take gold in dominant fashion |
| In the final competition of the 13th IBU Summer-Biathlon World-Championships the French 2 x 6 and 2 x 7,5 km Mixed-Relay won the gold medal in dominant fashion. Marie Laure Brunet, Sandrine Bailly, Vincent Defrasne and Simon Fourcade only had to use only three extra rounds to down their 40 targets and finsihed in 1:18:13.2 hours - almost two minutes ahead of Slovenia. |

| Fourcade and Defrasne dominate again in Roller Ski Pursuit |
| Swiss Simmen prevents French triple success |
| French Simon Fourcade stood atop all others once more after the 12.5 km Roller Ski Pursuit, capturing his second major title in two days after winning Gold in the Sprint yesterday. With a perfect shooting performance, Fourcade truly deserved his second gold medal, 1:40.1 minutes ahead of teammate Vincent Defrasne who shot one penalty and won his second silver. Matthias Simmen secured the bronze podium spot. His deficit, however, accumulated to 6:41.4 minutes. The Swiss had missed five of his twenty targets. |
